We constantly strive to develop new flavours and seasonal ranges as well as producing old favourites such as pumpkin and chicken noodle soup.
For over 30 years Beak and Johnston has specialised in raw, case ready and value added meat products. Today we produce high quality award winning sausages, beef patties and meatballs ranging from the old favourite beef sausage for the BBQ, to gourmet sausages and meats using specialty ingredients.
Beak and Johnston has invested in state of the art machinery at our new site City Kitchen to produce side dishes.
Our side dishes are made with authentic quality ingredients to accompany any meal, which can be added to your home cooking.
Slow Cooked Dishes
Our slow-cooked range is bursting with rich flavours! This method of cooking allows for the flavours to develop, meats to tenderise and lets us create the pulled meat and casserole range ready to heat at home.
We also use this process within our chilled meal range to add to the overall quality.
